Scope

These terms cover your use of the pattrn.design marketing website and the beta-interest form on it. They are not a subscription agreement or a software license. PATTRN is not currently sold or delivered through this site: you cannot buy or activate a PATTRN account here. These terms will be replaced or expanded with a full product agreement once PATTRN is available for purchase.

Requesting beta access

Submitting the beta-interest form is an expression of interest, not an enrollment. It does not guarantee you a seat in any beta program, a response by any particular date, or any future right to use PATTRN. Our team reviews requests individually and will follow up by email if you are a fit for the current beta window.

By checking "I agree to the terms and privacy policy" and submitting the form, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit accurate information about yourself and not to use the form to submit spam, someone else's information without their knowledge, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or harassing. We use automated checks to detect and block spam submissions, and we may decline to respond to any submission at our discretion.

No warranty

The website and the beta-interest form are provided as is. We do not guarantee the site will be available at all times or free of errors.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the beta program change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
